Queen Scallops

Queen Scallops (Chlamys Opercularis) are in abundance in various areas in the seas around Ireland. When in season, they are caught by local fishermen who land their catch daily. Processing takes place immediately retaining the natural texture and flavours of this fantastic seafood.
